About Me
I am an artist who works with a focus on the intersectionality of faith and consumerism. Through a variety of mediums (although primarily digital and paint), I seek to challenge viewers image of the Catholic Church as a vessel for capitalism, consumerism, and greed. I blend styles of the Pop Art movements with classical iconography of the Church to highlight the consumerist nature I am trying to highlight. Through my art, I hope to inspire new challenges of the often unchallenged Catholic Church.
When Iām not making art you can usually find me traveling, playing video games, volunteering at any local dog shelter, or spinning a new record. I think it is extremely important to find a balance of creating and digesting. Trying to digest as much of the world around me I am inspired to create.
